This website is run by Holland & Holland Associates Limited, trading as HH Beauty (company number 04759022, registered office 253 North Road, Stoke Gifford, South Gloucestershire BS34 8PW). What we collect
When you use our supplier introduction or stock offer form or email us, we collect the details you choose to give us. This is usually your name, company name, business email and phone number, together with information about your business and the stock you are offering, and any file you attach.
Our website host also processes basic technical information, such as IP address and browser details, to deliver and protect the website.
How we use it and why
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, assess ranges and stock you offer us, negotiate and carry out purchases, and keep records of our trading relationships. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and developing our business and, where a deal goes ahead, taking steps to enter into and perform a contract with you or your business. Where we must keep records by law, such as for tax, that is also a legal obligation.
We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this website and our email, including Netlify, which hosts the website and processes form submissions. Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law. We may also share information with our professional advisers, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not lead to any trading, we keep it for up to two years and then delete it. Records of purchases and trading relationships are kept for six years after the end of the relevant financial year, to meet accounting and tax requirements.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and our own code does not store anything in your browser.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, ask us to restrict or stop using it, and object to how we use it. To make a request, email purchasing@hhbeauty.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
