- Brand and product description
- EAN or barcode for each line
- Quantity available, and case sizes
- Condition and packaging (sealed, retail-ready, damaged outers)
- Expiry or batch dates for cosmetics and toiletries
- Your price, and whether it includes VAT
- Where the stock is, and when it can be collected
A spreadsheet is ideal, but any format will do.
WHAT WE DON'T BUY
Genuine stock
only.
- Counterfeit goods or stock with an unverifiable supply chain
- Stock that can't be supplied with a proper trade invoice
- Expired, tampered or unsafe products
- Medicines and prescription products
We keep records of where our stock comes from, so we only buy from businesses that can show the goods are genuine.
